Amiable and good staff as one would expect. The location is marvellous and wonderful, around 10-15 minutes walk from a sizable beachside observation deck. 5 minutes drive to the airport, it is located right on the main beach.

This hotel is a great value for money! The prices are affordable and considering the location and views, it's hard to find a better deal. The rooms with ocean views on the third floor offer breathtaking sights in both directions. Plus, the basic amenities provided, like the mini fridge, flat screen TV, and free WiFi.
All was perfectly fine, no improvements needed!

Great beachfront location! Very close to restaurants and shops. The view from the room was amazing and I really enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves at night. Plus, the staff was friendly and check-in was quick.
The room was not up to par. There was sand all over the floor and the sheets were not changed during our stay.

Chichis And Charlies in Isla Mujeres was an amazing stay. Perfect location right in front of the beautiful Playa Norte beach. Crystal clear water and white sand made it a dream destination. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby with delicious food. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to many great restaurants. The room on the third floor with the ocean view was absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were all there and the attention to detail was impressive. This hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices and a delicious breakfast.

We loved this hotel's proximity to the beach, located just a few meters away. The view from our room was unbeatable, overlooking the sea in a 270-degree angle. The room was cleaned daily to perfection and the hotel facilities were comfortable. The location was ideal, being right in the heart of the city near everything we needed.

Overpriced & Underwhelming Spent Xmas there. the rooms were okay, but not worth the price. They offered free breakfast and Wi-Fi, but it was very weak and basic. the location was great, close to everything, but the hotel was not well maintained. the staff was friendly, but there were some miscommunications and misunderstandings. the shower was cold most of the time and there was no hot water.
the hotel needs some improvements and updates to match the price they are charging.
